With solid experience gained from being active in the Puget Sound real estate market since 1989, John Stoner brings together expertise in several areas of the real estate industry, including property management, brokerage, and development.
In addition to forming Pacific Crest Property Management, LLC, John is a founding partner at Paragon Real Estate Advisors, Inc., the premier Puget Sound apartment brokerage company. John is a graduate of University of Washington and a long time resident of Seattle and an active member of the Rental Housing Association of Puget Sound. John lives in Seattle with his wife and their 4 children.
Lauren has been involved in the Seattle real estate market since 1994, first as office manager of a prominent Seattle commercial real estate firm before becoming the designated broker and office manager of Pacific Crest. She graduated from the University of South Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology, and has called the Pacific Northwest home since 1993. She is an active member of the Seattle Children’s Hospital Guild. She enjoys hiking, gardening and is an avid Sounders fan.
Angie has been with Pacific Crest Real Estate since 2005. She specializes in asset management, new construction and mixed-use properties, consulting and management services for lease-ups, and business development. Angie is extremely hardworking, detail oriented, and an excellent communicator who is a mentor to many.
Originally from Enumclaw, Washington, Angie graduated from the University of Washington with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Law, Society, and Justice. She originally became involved in the real estate industry because of her interest in contract law. Outside of work, Angie enjoys cooking, golfing, and camping.
Originally from London, England, Diane was raised in West Seattle where she has lived for most of her life. She graduated from Central University with a bachelor’s degree in education and says she chose to work in the real estate industry because it “provides a full array of experiences and challenges – and I love interacting with my clients.”
An asset manager and licensed broker, Diane worked in the real estate industry for 35 years and has been with the company since 2004.
When asked why she loves Seattle, she replied, “Because of the diversity – there’s always something to do, rain or shine.” Outside of work she enjoys fishing and quad riding.
Originally from Seattle’s Magnolia neighborhood, Alfred holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Washington State University. Formerly a multi-family broker for Marcus and Millichap’s Seattle office, he came to Pacific Crest Real Estate in 2013. Alfred’s work includes multi-family asset management and brokerage. In his spare time, he officiates Metro League high school basketball games as a member of the Pacific Northwest Basketball Officials Association (PNBOA). He’s considered a master in art of fantasy football logistics.
A UW business-school graduate who grew up in Honolulu, Bayley has lived in Seattle since 2003. The city’s impressive growth originally attracted him to the real estate industry back in 2006, but it’s Pacific Crest Real Estate’s focus on personal, customer-oriented relationships that drew him to us – and we’re glad to have him! “We help build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships for the long haul, to all owners, vendors, and tenants,” he says. In addition to being a licensed real estate agent, Bayley is also a World Financial Group Financial Advisor.
Originally from Spain, David moved to Seattle in 1991. He first began his property management career in 2001 and has since developed a solid understanding of the real estate industry. With experience in both conventional and tax credit properties, David has gained the trust and knowledge required to achieve his investors’ goals and objectives.
David earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Law, Societies, and Justice from the University of Washington and an MBA from Colorado State University all while managing a number of properties full-time.
He truly believes that treating and managing each property as “if it were your own” holds the key to success. Outside of work, David enjoys traveling with his wife, soccer, and spending time outdoors with his dog.
Bob was born and raised in Portland, Oregon and moved to Seattle in 1988. He has a bachelor’s degree in History from Linfield College. Bob has been a real estate Asset Manager in Seattle since 1996. He has a wide range of experience in managing real estate, including multi-family apartment buildings, mixed use properties, office, light industrial, and retail. Bob also has a solid background in the construction and maintenance of multi-family buildings.
In his spare time Bob enjoys hiking, biking, skiing, traveling, and working on home improvement projects.
Originally from Anchorage Alaska, Devon came to Pacific Crest in 2009 and after a 4-year absence is excited to be continuing his career with the company. Devon has a broad range of experience including in multi-family housing, mixed use, new construction, commercial properties, and lease ups.
Devon has been in Property Management for over a decade and got his start primarily during the real estate crash of 2008-09 where he was impressed with the complexities and challenges of the business. Devon has learned from some of the best in the industry and credits them for helping him make Property Management and Real Estate his career choice.
In his spare time Devon enjoys the gym, reading, the outdoors, movies, and writing.
Saeed has worked with a broad range of businesses and has solid experience developing management strategies that balance client’s needs with business objectives. His management of diverse properties has helped him fine-tune his problem-solving skills. He is a licensed Managing Broker and earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Tehran.
When not at work, Saeed enjoys reading, planning a trip to a new country and embarking on outdoor activities and adventures with his wife.
Originally from Baku, Azerbaijan, Tara moved to Seattle in 2004 and has worked in residential real estate since 2006. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from University of Washington in 2013 and got her broker’s license in 2014. She enjoys working with numbers and specializes in budgets, forecasting, market research & financial analysis, as well as training and MFTE compliance. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, fly-fishing, camping, and horseback riding.
Originally hailing from Sultan, Washington, Nigel graduated from the University of Washington with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He has lived in Seattle since 2010 and now resides in the Queen Anne neighborhood. He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and believes that a company’s most valuable asset is their employees. When he is not in the office Nigel can be found at a stadium cheering on one of Seattle’s many teams or spending time with family and friends.
Paul began working at Pacific Crest in November 2004. Before joining Pacific Crest, Paul spent 20 years in the commercial printing industry. A rare Seattle native, Paul graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor’s Degree in History. In his spare time, Paul enjoys hiking, biking, and camping.
Alex was raised in the Seattle area, and graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor’s degree in English. In 2016, Alex joined Pacific Crest’s bookkeeping team. Her interests include architecture, photography, writing, and gardening.
Originally from Iran, Yasaman moved to Seattle in 2008. She has an AA in Applied Physics and BA of Textile and Fashion Design and in 2015 she received her real estate broker’s license. In addition to her passion for design, she plays two traditional instruments as well as participating in choir. Yasaman has been collaborating with IACA (Iranian American Community Alliance) as one of the festival’s planning committee members since 2008. In her spare time, Yasaman enjoys sculpture, hiking/climbing, backpacking and kayaking.
Originally from Seattle’s Magnolia neighborhood, Keina provides administrative support for Pacific Crest in addition to studying kinesiology. In her spare time, you can find her playing her guitar or coaching basketball.
