As a boutique firm with deep local roots, we specialize in the acquisition and disposition of apartment properties ranging from $2 million to $30 million, with experience transacting deals from as small as 2 units to as large as 200.
Founded in 1995, Pacific Crest has grown into a vertically integrated real estate company, and since launching our Investment Sales platform in 2013, we've established ourselves as a trusted advisor to private capital clients navigating the dynamic multifamily market. Our team of dedicated brokers brings a unique perspective to the table—grounded not only in brokerage expertise, but also in firsthand experience as multifamily property owners ourselves.
With three full-time brokers solely focused on investment transactions, we combine institutional-quality execution with the agility and responsiveness of a locally owned firm. We work closely with our in-house property management division to provide strategic guidance that goes beyond the sale—ensuring our clients benefit from insights that span the entire lifecycle of ownership.

Our History

Our principal, John Stoner, started Pacific Crest Real Estate in 2003. Today, the agency offers professional management services for multi-family properties in King, Pierce, Snohomish, and Kitsap Counties. The staff includes numerous asset managers, bookkeepers, maintenance technicians, and resident managers.
Pacific Crest Real Estate is dedicated to building strong and vibrant communities and to growing investments. Since our start, we’ve successfully managed some of Puget Sound’s finest real estate in the area’s most desirable Seattle-area neighborhoods.
