Lauren's dedication helped raise $500 for the American Cancer Society, supporting the fight against cancer alongside 188 other participants who collectively walked an astonishing 36.5 million steps. Holiday Hours Our offices will be closed on Thursday, November 26, and Friday, November 27, so our staff can spend the holidays with their families. Office hours at our 80+ properties in the Puget Sound area may vary, so check with your property manager. You can still access our online services to view your account via our Tenant Portal, pay your rent, or submit a maintenance request. And, you can always send us a non-urgent message via email.

Our principal, John Stoner, started Pacific Crest Real Estate in 2003. Today, the agency offers professional management services for more than 80 multi-family properties in King, Pierce, Snohomish and Kitsap counties and the staff includes numerous asset managers, bookkeepers, maintenance technicians, and resident managers.

Moving is a big deal: There are a lot of things to think through and there’s going to be a long to-do list, but you can do it. Interbay’s next big project seeks to revamp a previously industrial area into a residential neighborhood. Pacific Crest Real Estate looks forward to introducing this multifamily project to residents next year. One project in Interbay embodies how big development can be accomplished at a definitively fine grain and tailored toward the human scale. The proposal for a 7-story multifamily residential building borrows from Interbay’s gritty industrial characteristics and warmly transforms them into a lightweight and daring modern design. Clark Design Group, PLLC, a Seattle architecture firm, was commissioned by developer Paragon Real Estate to prepare site plans for the project. Working project documents refer to the building as The Crane @ Interbay, presumably inspired by cranes operating in the nearby Balmer railway depot.
